Service against quote/quotes submitted will be extended to the customer only after acceptance of the quote and its terms and conditions provided, including payment milestones.

In case of service cancellation by the customer after acceptance of the quote, but before the commencement of work as per the defined scope, a refund of the amount transferred by the customer against any milestone, will be processed to the same bank account of the customer, after a deduction of 5% of the said amount as cancellation fee. Refund processing will be completed between 10 to 15 days after initiation of cancellation and will depend on the customer’s bank.

In case of changes in the scope of service agreed between customer and Whitewashservices, revised quotes defining the changed scope and its cost impact, will be provided to the customer by Whitewashservices and service will be extended to the customer only after his/her acceptance of the revised quote, revised pricing, and payment milestones. Due to any such revisions in the scope of service, if the cost of service extended is less than the amount already paid by the customer to Whitewashservices, refund of the difference in the amount paid by the customer and the cost of service extended on the revised quote accepted by the customer will be processed to the same bank account of the customer, from which transaction was done, after a deduction of 5% of the said amount as cancellation fee. Refund processing will be completed between 10 to 15 days after initiation of cancellation and will depend on the customer’s bank.
